  We're getting closer to the daring do-or-die descent of NASA's Mars Science Laboratory and its Curiosity rover to the surface of the red planet. We'll pick up live coverage starting at 11 p.m. Sunday.

Landing is scheduled for 1:17 a.m. Signals confirming the outcome will reach Earth 14 minutes later, at 1:31 a.m. EDT.
