Welcome to the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes hosted by The Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard. This 35 Year old tradition is set to be our best one yet. We have 19 Spectacular homes, 1 remodel and 1 dynamic furniture showroom that are all ready to display their latest designs, trends, techniques and materials. During your visit to each of our locations please take the time to appreciate the Talent of our local Builders and Trade Partners. In this year’s Parade we are asking for your help in deciding who has Brevard’s Best Bath, Kitchen, Floor Plan, Outdoor living/Landscape and overall Value. Please be sure to ask one of our Parade participants how to register your vote as you tour these spectacular model homes.
Our Parade will run from April 20th through the 28th. Our New Home & Showroom displays will be open from 10 to 5pm Monday thru Saturday and Noon to 5pm on Sunday, Remodel home display hours as shown in listing.
